Hello Everyone,

Well, Jackson has just finished his 4th inpatient cycle of chemotherapy. We are here at Family House taking a break from medical stuff for a couple of days before his outpatient chemo appointment on Thursday. He will get his vincristine, labs, probable blood transfusion (which seems to be his norm by now) and possibly an antibody transfusion. Jackson came down with a cold just after his last cycle of chemo, and he just hasn't recovered yet. I was talking to the docs and his NP about it and they are testing to see if his antibodies are low. If they are, they can transfuse antibodies just like they transfuse blood. It may help him get over this cough that has been dragging on forever.

Jackson has done well again for this cycle of chemo, just as the last few. He felt pretty crummy yesterday, so he pretty much slept all day long, woke up around 6pm, and was up until about 9 last night. He slept all night until about 7 am this morning. He was wiped out! Today we went to the zoo. We got there around 10am and watched the penguins get fed. Then at 11am we went over to the grizzly bear exhibit and watched them fish their live feed out of their pond, and then feed on veggies. It was amazing to watch them catch their fish because they were right in front of us with the only thing separating us from them was a glass wall. Very up close and personal. Jackson really enjoyed that. Then of course, we went to the insect museum. This is Jacks favorite. They have the biggest tarantula and lots of weird bugs. I get the creeps.

Jackson's next MRI will be on April 8th. We are praying that there will be no change and he can continue with his chemo because this will mean that the cancer is not back. Please pray with us for great results. We just want Jack to have a fair chance at a long and healthy life. I will keep everyone posted with Jacks progress throughout the rest of this cycle.
